Take some pride in what you build, the city would look better without Regency buildings especially Hollyrood.

Our building was hit with a $1.7M special assessment due to failures directly resulting from design and installation adequacies by this builder. Other buildings developed by Regency had similar issues. I would stay away from any project these guys are involved in with a 10 foot pole.

Regency is known for tearing down buildings, putting up fences and leaving heinous vacant lots in the heart of a city for years. When they finally get to actually building something, the quality is often mixed (appears high end but is actually quite cheap when you get up close - example is The Pearl). If they can't do something with prime lots in the core or along Jasper Avenue, then maybe they need to hand over the land to someone who will. Its an embarrassment for our city.

Ugly and brutal projects around Edmonton. Abandoned lots left in embarrassing states right in our downtown. They hurt Edmonton more than they help.
