Very nice rental experience!

When moving from Alberta to Regina last winter, they had the apartment ready for us the day we arrived and offered my parents a good alternative right away when their deal with the landlord fell through. This really helped us during our first adjustment to Regina. We had no problems the entire time we were renting, and if there were any technical issues, they fixed them right away.

In winter, my parents' and my apartments were warm, there were no problems with electricity and water. If there were planned works, we were always warned about it in advance.

Very nice people, easy to communicate with from the very beginning.
We have been renting apartments from them for half a year, and if any household problems occurred, they reacted sharply and fixed them.

I recently faced a challenging situation with a previous landlord, Boardwalk, where I struggled to keep up with the rent and eventually found myself unable to even afford groceries. The financial strain became overwhelming, and I had to file a consumer proposal. Feeling like I was drowning, I reached out to Regency about a potential apartment. I explained my circumstances, including being taken to the ORT due to my inability to afford my previous apartment.

From the very beginning, I was met with not just professionalism but also genuine understanding. Fast forward to the night before my apartment viewing, I received my ORT verdict and was given only four days to move out. Regency went above and beyond, accommodating my situation with kindness and efficiency. They gave me the break I desperately needed and the ability to finally sleep at night.

I truly cannot thank them enough for their support during such a difficult time. I highly recommend Regency for their compassion and exceptional service.

I rented a property through RPM and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. The property itself was in excellent condition. The location is also ideal, with easy access to transportation and local shops. I stayed here for 9 months before moving to another province.

What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the property management team. They were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure process was smooth and stress-free. Any issues that arose during my tenancy were promptly addressed and resolved.

Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a rental experience. The combination of great location, beautiful property, and top-notch service make it a standout choice in the rental market.

Worst property management ever. Our apartment thermostat shows the temperature of 20°c and the weather out is over -45°c. The electricity in our apartment trips down every 10 mins and we made sure the minimal electric appliances are on like fridge and a potable heater to keep us warm in this -45°c . I called our property office, person named Kathy answered the call who pretend being our property manager (Erica) as we mentioned Erica's name many times and not for once she said you're not speaking with Erica but with Kathy. she was not willing to believe on what's happening, not willing to help us out and moreover made RACIST COMMENTS SAYING "GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM not once BUT THRICE, ITS MY COUNTRY AND I DONT CARE". This was not the first encounter I had for a worst property management service from Regency everytime we complaint about something the resolution is always given late. Later received a call from Erica confirming that the person i spoke in the morning was property owner Kathy not her.Would not recommend anyone to rent this property.

Is not professional what so ever. Goes on fb and blabs personal information, discriminates renters due to disability, and their income sources. Their business “practices” need to be updated as this boomer seems outdated.

You can tell their level of professionalism from their comments on their poor reviews. Just waiting for a comment on mine.

Incredible Business. Regency you truly are a strong group of talented individuals that do wonderful work.
Sorry for the eviction due to noise complaints and blaring my phone calls on speaker that weren't so professional and the music being too loud. Regency handled my matter with care and appropriation plus responsibility and consideration. Take care you guys! I will miss my rental. Sincerely, Brittany Lutz
