As a client who occasionally visits this location, I want to highlight the exceptional service I witness from Cheryl, the receptionist. Today, we had an unexpected internet outage, and Cheryl handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism the entire day. It’s truly impressive how she manages everything with grace, especially when some people can be a bit entitled. Cheryl definitely deserves some recognition, if not a bonus, for her efforts. Thank you, Cheryl, for being such a rock star!

I have a business account with Regus. Regus made an invoicing error and overcharged me. I got SIX (6) separate Helpdesk cases started over the past month, with no resolution, and they charged my credit card (the wrong amount) automatically. After a full month of escalations, today I was told that nothing can be done about the overcharge - even though it was an internal mistake.

Regus botched my business accounting, made a change on an error, I’m forced to pay for 9 months’ worth of fees (almost $1.5k) in one go, and they refuse at least a partial refund for the months I’m not yet due.

This experience has made me feel unvalued, like a second-rate client, and I wonder if I’m being treated as such because my contract with them is relatively small.

I want to say that the in-office staff at this location are pleasant, and I have nothing against them personally, but as a sole proprietor seeking business solutions, I simply cannot recommend this company.

Nothing wrong with the location. This is about Regus. Be careful before you sign up with them. Their billing charged me 3 times for a single month. I raised two helpdesk cases as they mention but no response from them. I will file a dispute with my credit card company for the incorrect charges.

Please be careful before making any contract with Regus,
I have been told in June 2022 first week that I have to vacant the Midland Centre Scarborough by the 15 days( June/20/2022) since they have to shut down the entire centre. now I can not find anothe place in short time So I Have to move one of there locations. So i choose to move in Markham allstate Plarkway location.
But when I move in to this location in same month then I will have to follow their new location rules.( you can not put the Office desk in differnt directions since it cause fire 🔥 and safty Hazzard , which was allowed to me at Midland centre, however Front desk and Property manager had assure to me that I can continue the same way of i move in to markham location but then Property manager James Peter did not accepted and He has given me notice that to put back the desk in same style as before, now then I have already renew my contract so i can not termnited my contract and the. Will continuouslycharge me the same rent.) Which can not be agreed because i am on my contract till January 2023,
They will continuously charging me a Office rent till my contract, However I have returned the Office key by September/01 /2022.
They are not going to void the contarct even though terms has been changes by the particular locations.
Really an awful experience and never suggest anyone to lease with the Regus.
Scams could be excuted once not always.

BEWARE Don’t waste your time they stole our money for a full year without communicating with us without allowing us to cancel or we requested to cancel. This is a company that has no Respect or interest in your business or helping all they care about is Billing you every single month. We use them for a year and missed the deadline by few weeks to cancel our contract and they renewed it for a whole year. No customer service no communication

Generally, the offices were in good quality with reasonable price for hourly bookings.
