Wonderful service from the Remax discover team. Specifically Dale and Ella Unland. I had the privilege of working with Dale directly as he was selling an acreage and i was a private buyer. Im a young guy and this was my first home and so it was a totally new process to me. Dale was from the beginning, cool, calm and collective. Making sure that there was nothing i did not understand, and the questions i had abut this particular place; if he did not know he promptly got back to me EVERYTIME. I was blessed to be shown around the community of Millet/Wetaskiwin by Dale. Ella also welcomed me to a new area with her own special touch. A very thoughtful couple would be an understatement. Near closing the deal Dale helped me with guiding me through the negotiations and finding a final price that me and the seller agreed on. He was again cool calm and collective and was extremely excited for me when the papers were signed and possession date was around the corner.
