I had a disappointing experience with realtor Arsh Jassal. Their lack of information and intelligence during the process, coupled with rudeness, made the interaction unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. I wouldn’t even give them one star, if possible.

I bought my first rental investment in Winnipeg with the help of a very trustworthy realtor (Gloria Manlapaz). Lots of properties to buy anywhere but sometimes it is about how a realtor treats a client that can make a sale. Very professional, for her it's not about selling a property but finding the best property that suits your needs. Highly recommended.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Michael Schween when one of my daughters purchased her first home. He is truly a completely worthless agent who offered absolutely no information or intelligence during the entire process. I had 2 daughters both house hunting at the same time, the other daughter chose a different agent who's overall service simply put Schween to shame. You can view my other reviews to find the name of the agent you might want to strongly consider using.
This guy couldn't care less about you or anything else except for his next golf game and is a waste of your time and money.
