My experience working with Shane Strebchuk was a pleasure from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had efficiently and effectively. I would always receive a quick response and was never left waiting no matter how late it was. Viewings were booked promptly ensuring other buyers did not beat us to them, and he always worked around my schedule. Shane not only is a phenomenal realtor but is also connected to some amazing people and businesses. Every referral interaction I experienced was top notch and extremely seamless. He was able to negotiate the selling price down substantially despite the house being competitively priced with lots of interest. It really is an advantage having him in your corner. All business aside Shane is very easy to get along with and takes all the stress out of the experience. He genuinely cares about his customers and it shows through his passion for what he does. In the end we closed on the perfect house with no regrets or issues!

We worked with Karim Kadry and he was the absolute best. He took so much time to answer questions, find information and truly guide us with our purchase.
He was genuinely committed to finding us a perfect home and did not want us to settle for anything but exactly what we wanted.
When we found our home he worked hard to make sure that we paid a fair price and that our conditions were met.
Karim is personable, friendly and has a great sense of humour! The only downside to finding our new home is that we won’t be working with him anymore!

When I first met with Eric about selling my townhome, my experience was great. Eric seemed helpful, knowledgeable and excited to sell my home. He knew the market and seemed to be blunt/honest about what we could get for our home. My husband is a military member, so we found Eric on the third party list of real estate agents. The third party uses agents that have a set commission and process for military members. Eric did not seem experienced nor knowledgeable with this process. This created stress for my husband and I through the selling process. At the start, all the communication was timely and it seemed like Eric respected our time. This was in regards to showings and general information. Once an offer was made that we accepted, communication stalled and Eric did not seem as helpful as he was at the start. If we asked a question about the third party process, or the selling process in general, it took 3-5 days for Eric to respond. Eric did not act well in our behalf when it came to the negotiation process. The buyers had a list of demands that were needed to be completed in the home for the sale to close. Eric guided us on how to complete this task so the house would be up to the standard for the buyers. We spent a considerable amount of time and money to do what he suggested. On the last day of the sale, buyers complained that what we did was not satisfactory (although it was what our realtor Eric suggested). They wanted a huge sum of money taken off the sale price. Eric left the negotiation to the lawyer instead of assisting with the problem that he created. My husband was away for most of the sale process of our home. Eric's demeanor, enthusiasm and helpfulness allowed me to build trust in him at the beginning. After going through the stress of him not knowing the military process (although he was recommended) and communication being cut off, I would not suggest him as a realtor for other military members.

Brian Lalonde worked with my girlfriend and myself to find the perfect home for a first time buyer. He answered all our questions and got back to us quickly. I chose Kathy Thirsk to sell my condo and I couldn't be happier with the results. There were so many problems that she had to face - the building was not managed well, my initial property manager seemed to be working against us, and half way through the process I brought on a business venture partner -Kathy handled all of the moving parts associated like a champ, and always with a smile. She kept me in the loop when necessary, while fixing all of the issues that came up without having to stress me out about them. She negotiated the sale beautifully, gathered all of the necessary documents (and there were A LOT), and I received more money than I had expected.
