She's known as "the best kept secret in Fort Nelson" although she should be world famous! Sandy not only navigated me through the entire process of buying my first house, she also became someone I consider to be a lifelong friend now.
A breath of fresh air from the moment she answered my first call to a real-estate agent up North. Full of spirit and energy, she got to work right away helping me with community contacts for maintenance on my house, a building inspector, contractors, and found me a tenant. She prepared all the paperwork needed, rewritting contracts, communicating with lawyers, and provided a calming ear when I was stressed to the max. and in tears.
This tenacious woman opened her own home to me when I came from far out of town to do work on the house.
She went above and beyond any expectations I may have had, giving me tips and advice with each step in the purchasing process, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough, I've already passed her name on to several of my friends looking to buy up North.
Sandy is truly your real-estate best friend, having been in the area most her life, she is knowledgeable, intelligent, and professional.

When we first decided to sell our house almost 10 years ago the housing market in Fort Nelson was robust but unfortunately we were not one of the fortunate ones to sell. Then the economic industry collapsed in Fort Nelson and the housing market plummeted with it for the last 8 years. Through it all Sandy has stuck with us and we to her.
