Possibly the worst experiences I've ever had with a property management company. Lazy workers and property managers who do not care about the properties being up to standards of a rental. As well as hiring workers to do yard or maintenance work who are not with an actual company ( or they are and just refuse to provide it) as well as some of those people deciding to pull pants down and urinate in the backyard after yardwork was done which one of the residents had to witness. Nothing was done about that
Would not recommend using this company at all and look else where for a more reputable and respectful property management team who will actually make sure the suites are safe and up to the legal standards to live in

The worst company do deal with. See before they took over, nice clean yard, well kept. Then after, overgrown everywhere cheap handyman work, and they use a company that is ok urinating on your yard in front of everyone.
Do not trust any one of these people. Horrible management skills

With him after submitting all requested documents - I got an apathetic reply …. A week after the desired move in date , that I hadn’t been approved. I have a solid credit score, exceptional references both professional and landlord and a secured position in a municipal govnt job. None of my
References were even contacted. It was extremely stressful. My mother ( a very successful remax agent in northern bc) even reached out to follow up as we chose a remax PM deliberately
Because of our history and expectations for remax standards. I’ve now secured an almost identical unit with another agency in the same building with ease. She will now be getting our referrals
