I am extremely disappointed with my realtor, Debbie Mitzner's handling of my home sale. Despite our agreement for a seller's condition to provide adequate time for me to secure a new home for my young children and I, she mistakenly input it as a buyer's condition. This error, coupled with the buyers' decision to waive the condition, has left me in a dire situation – homeless with less than a month to find a new place.

I discovered this mistake only when I requested documents, including the amendments I had proposed to extend my condition (which she so happily provided despite them being redundant and ineffective) Shockingly, my realtor failed to inform me of her error, seemingly hoping I would resolve the situation independently, allowing her to cash in on her commission. Now, facing a tight deadline and with no resolution in sight, I am left feeling betrayed and helpless. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and I am considering legal action to address the consequences of this negligence.

Mr. Krebs did it again, sold our home with a flawless transaction. Grady is -always- engaged, invests himself 100% into helping you from beginning to end, and he ensures the client understands all their options and the associated pros/cons, benefits, and possible short falls. Very transparent, reliable, approachable, reachable, and the most importantly, trusting. Strongly recommend Grady Krebs!

Debbie Mitzner breached conditions of sale and failed to disclose Real Property Report was not given; withheld keys to new buyer and would NOT give up code on possession date; after delaying 5 hrs and not giving the keys up (other realtor had to acquire code through real estate board) new owner was left with a pig sty of a house requiring a large cleanup before move-in could happen. Would 100% not recommend to anyone. Was short and unprofessional in attitude for the whole ride.

Dianne Brown is completely careless towards potential buyers. There were many, many opportunities for her to let us know about the c/s of a home. When we were inquiring about a home for sale’s parking she said, “yes, lots of parking stalls available to reserve”, then the following day we find out there is a waitlist for those stalls. A lot of misleading information. Very disheartening experience with Dianne.

Absolutely terrible experience! Dianne Brown assists homeowners with renting their properties but is ABSOLUTELY TERRRIBLE at responding. There is no follow up, you are left ignored for days at a time! I have never thought this level of unprofessionalism possible, if you take up a job (and obviously get compensated for it) then follow through.

At the time of writing this review, I have been trying to get a specific apartment figured out for 1 MONTH!!!! Not to mention the fact that 2 weeks after my initial inquiry and show of interest, the ad magically disappeared only to go up online again $100 dollars MORE. When I finally got a hold of Dianne, her first words were: "So you are prepared to pay listed price, correct?" Simply insulting to my intelligence, and I can only imagine how many people are taken advantage of the same way!

My experience with this location is only limited to working with one of the agents on renting, not buying or selling but if this location employs someone like Dianne, I will certainly stay away and will recommend everyone to go literally ANYWHERE else before getting in contact with these guys!!!

Remax Landan has been here for a very long time. Many agents have called this office home over the years.

The location is easy to miss when using GPS to drive here so take your time as you get close.

There is quite a bit of parking, but it is located quite far from the entrance so it would be difficult for people with mobility issues.

The front office staff are friendly and efficient when you enter.
