Hi there for all that are interested in using Remax Swift Current. Long story short, I negotiated a price on property with realtor from Remax, price was increasing with seller, no formal contracts signed, after a final offer, the realtor disclosed her personal interest in buying this property, she had suggested I use a different realtor now to possibly bid up the property. She intended to offer with her husband. She specifically told me if I paid X amount of money for property, she would then “back out” completely. Reluctantly I agreed. By the time her broker from Remax called me, the listing agent obtained another realtor and offered on the same property.
Guess what lol the broker now said to me sorry there’s been another accepted offer”. These agents are not only liars but unprofessional to the point of crossing lines. I wouldn’t recommend Remax as a whole to anyone as they are NOT at all trustworthy.
