Sara Klein helped me buy my perfect home this summer. When we first started searching for homes there was a neighbourhood I had always dreamt of living in however the homes were way out of my budget. Because it was my first home I was extremely nervous about any repairs or extra costs the homes we looked at might need, and that's why I chose Sara as my realtor. With her tradesman knowledge; as a Journeyman Electrician, Electrical Parts Supply Owner, and with experience building her own home/ flipping many others she was able to offer more advice than anyone else I know. She has a broad spectrum of knowledge about repairs, rennovations and things to look out for when buying any year/ style of home. Sara herself has also been through the home buying & selling process and knows exactly what quality of service is expected from a realtor and has demonstrated it flawlessly.
I cannot thank Sara enough for her patience, professionalism, flexable scheduel planning and all the crawl spaces she crawled through with me! If I could give her 6/5 stars I would!
