We were blessed to work with Shawn Hamilton as our realtor. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We were looking to buy in the city for a couple months and luckily got in touch with Shawn from the get go by chance. When we finally made a trip to the city to view homes Shawn had a full plan laid out for us and made everything very easy! We are new to the area and Shawn not only worked hard around our tight schedule to show us homes he made sure to give us some of the 411 on the areas we were looking at. He never once made us feel uncomfortable or awkward as he's incredibly personable, friendly and most all direct and honest! He has extensive knowledge of the city and knows so many nice folks everywhere we went. When we had questions about a home we were looking at he was very thorough in answering them and explained everything. We had a long list of potential buys and Shawn's direct and fair advice was priceless! We ended up buying just the right home for us and Shawn made sure to connect us with great people to provide other services. He also had solid recommendations for many other things to check out. Shawn was just so easy to talk with and discuss concerns as we were house hunting. He's the kind of guy you'd want to just go golfing with. When it came to closing the deal Shawn made it all so ridiculously simple and he's 100% trustworthy to work in your best interests. He left us with a great impression of this city and its people and I wish there were more stars in this review to give. Thanks so much Shawn! Had Adam Morstad as our realtor. Down to earth, approachable, and very responsive. Me and my partner were first time home buyers and Adam made the entire process a breeze. He ensured that we had all documents, lawyers and professionals set up well before the deadline. She was punctual and told it to you straight. If she didn’t like something about a house she would let you know. It felt like she was on our side and wasn’t just trying to make a quick buck.

She was up to date with her knowledge of building permits and had a knack for pointing out things you wouldn’t think of like direction of wind and how the sun would hit the house.

We had Shawn Hamilton as our agent. He was to show us a house we were interested in looking at. He made it the worst experience possible. He was very rude right from the start. My daughter and I are looking at buying our first Lethbridge home. My spouse and I own a couple in taber already. He had no interest in meeting us. Never shook the hand of my daughter or her boyfriend. Never had any interest in showing or discussing the house. And when I told him that when hadn’t gotten a pre approval for the mortgage he went on to let us know that we were waiting his time then. After the whole 20 min he wasted on us showing us the house he proceeded to write my daughter a very rude test to make sure she knew that we had waisted his very precious time and that he only get commission for a wage. Needless to say when we do get our house in Lethbridge it will not be with him and he will not get one cent of the commission we will give to the realtor we choose. This experience was horrible and has made a bad impression on my daughter and her boyfriend. Buying a house is suposed to be fun
