Highly recommend Jeff. It was a great learning experience throughout the entire selling and purchasing phase. Jeff likes to show and teach his clients the importance of having a good wall siding on a property. He also has good connections with brokers and home inspector. He was so on top of every little detail that affected the sale (eg. Helping us push the bank to do their job on time in order for the transaction to go through).

I will be recommending Jeff Parlee at this Remax to all my friends and family if they are looking to purchase or sell, or both! We actually had to sell and buy within a few months and he got the job done for us. The tiny condo I had owned previously was quite difficult to sell as it had problems that would make any realtor give up, but Jeff managed to get a great offer for us. Shortly afterwards we made a purchase of the townhome we are living in today. I really liked how Jeff took the time to give us the run down of the market and gave us many opportunities to view through many homes. He is very detailed oriented in finding issues in some homes and as well as the positives which helped us narrow down our selection greatly. We definitely had our hands held through the process which we really needed as it was our first time selling and buying so it was very much appreciated.

I haven't seen any other realtor as persistent as he is in this industry and we will definitely be going back to him when the time comes.

Jeff Parlee successfully helped me find my current condo with no glitches and helped negotiate the listing price and get me the best deal he could. A near flawless experience. The only down side is that the listing had 2 parking stalls listed and I bought it thinking I OWNED two stalls. Upon reading the Form B before and after purchasing it slipped by both of us that the stalls were common property and not limited common property. Luckily the strata is very easy going and I was able to use 2 stalls, I just cannot sell with 2 stalls. All in all Jeff convinced me to buy here when Incas very hesitant and it was my best investment yet. There were no other hiccups in this transition. He will work with you after you sign their agreement, which may seem pushy but he clearly states at the time you can cancel that commitment at any time. I will be recommending him and this remax to family and friends.
