Update:
I received a call from the manger, Ikram. He apologized for our experience and offered to personally book a viewing for us. For this reason, I've updated my review to reflect my appreciation for the level of customer service.

Viewings have to be booked through the only booking system but after choosing a time, I was contacted by text by someone to tell me that time didn't work. They made us choose a time that wasn't even available on the online booking system. We agreed to the time provided to us by the employee and confirmed the booking. On the day of the new booking, they tried to reschedule again. It feels incredibly scammy or just horribly run by the employees who work there.

I'm new to rental world and have heard bad experiences from renters, so far so good. The staff has been great. specifically Aki Bhardwaj. He has been very helpful with all the needed documents, and responds promptly to needed questions. These could be frustrating to prospective tenants.
