The 1 star ratings should be ignored. These ratings have been propogated as a result of a neighbouring business with questionable ethics, morals, views and a lack of respect. Jean Buchanan worked tirelessly to help me get into my home at a time when it was a sellers market! So happy with the home she found for me in Tuscany!!! The one star reviews received in the last 2 days are not from customers but from ‘freedom fighters’ denied from carrying out rally’s in front of the Remax office and are blaming Remax for this It is the landlord not Remax preventing the rally’s!

I can't say enough about how amazing Laura Stickler Himmelspeck was as our relator! She constantly goes above and beyond for us (even after we took possession and she didn't have any obligation to) and has shared so much of her time and knowledge making our first home purchase as painless as possible despite how insane the market is right now. She is also one of the most genuinely nice people I've met. I will definitely be using her as our relator in the future and very highly recommend her!

EXTREMELY RUDE customer service. Sarah made it very evident that she does not enjoy working with people or helping clients. She did not respond to requests and when the issues were brought up during a phone call she chose to hang up in the midst of the conversation.
