DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY! The designated agent Sam Sandhu agreed to a special arrangement to buy and sell our homes. After earning the commission on the purchase the easy stuff, when it was time to sell our house he did not communicate with us, he disappeared and did not attend the open house. You cannot be held under duress because of his temperament and moods. Quite unstable and unprofessional. The managing broker Gary Wade Pawluk, is a bully and will harass you. Gary unilaterally and forcefully terminated our listing. This has been reported to the regulator BCFSA. Note these guys won’t be the first ones in the agency fined by the regulator for misconduct. Do not make the same mistake we did. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!
