While my interaction wasn’t related to real estate, one of your agents responded inappropriately to a simple offer I made on a personal item they were selling online. The response I received included, 'It’s too early to be drinking, sober up before you react like this to someone else.' Regardless of context, professionalism should extend beyond real estate transactions—your agents reflect your business in all interactions.

I had communicated with kathy slavin about her services finding a tenant. I had used her services about 12 years ago to find a tenant. So, this past week I reached out to Kathy, she informs me " no, it's to much work finding tenants, no money in it. I'm down sizing what I take" I asked if she had any options through her. Apparently not. I am very disappointed in the quality of communication. A few months ago she was open to working with me. I found a resource that is willing to work with me. When it comes time to sell, I won't be using Kathy Slavin

Jess Haliday was our agent and she was amazing. She was honest and had lots of suggestions on how best to present our home for showings. She had open houses, advertised our home in the bigger markets as well as locally to maximize our visibility.
We sold our home for a price we were happy with in a fairly short time.

I recently parted ways with my first realtor from this group on the commercial side due to a professional mix-up involving her mom—yeah, her mom is also a realtor, and things got a bit too casual for my liking. Her mother, didn’t believe a buyer when she saw one. So, I moved on and, in a bold move, ended up buying a commercial unit for a million dollars with a different realtor.

And get this—the seller was actually from that original realty group I left. Life’s funny like that. It turns out, they got a piece of the pie after all. That’s a whole other story, though.

Lesson learned: don’t underestimate any situation and be biased against a buyer for any reason. Review your Professional Conduct Policies. The real estate world is full of surprises!
