I had a very troubling experience working with R. Romeo and O. Watts from RE/MAX West. Instead of maintaining professionalism, they made inappropriate and insulting remarks, including calling my family "cheap" during a discussion. Their behaviour was completely out of line for representatives of a reputable brokerage.

Throughout the process of buying, they were condescending and dishonest, with a complete lack of transparency. They were up selling and working along with the seller to extract as much money as they can.

If you are a NEW realtor, this is the WORST Brokerage to join. They will rip you off!!! There are many other Brokerages that will lead you thru with respect and will help you thru!! AVOID ego driven Remax, all they see in you is to make more money on your lack of knowledge in this industry...I had horrible experience!!!
