Diane Balen was one of the worst salespersons I've ever had to deal with, shady shady. Not only was this the worst experience ever she didn't disclose the fact that on the first rainfall that the foundation leaks, and we specifically asked her if there were any issues with water.....Upon further investigation we noticed water damaged stuff was painted over. Let alone asked for all swimming equipment to be left(which one of the handsfree vacuums was in her garage at showing) but when we moved in nope no vacuum. I wish I looked at their site first before I ever considered buying this through them.

We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Brian Wright. He was so patient with us over the last few years. Brian was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. We never felt forced to make an offer when we finally found the "one". The best part about working with Brian was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Derek foster seems nice in the beginning. And then if you don't agree. With what he has found you. He is quick to try and throw you aside He wants you to agree to what he found. And if not, he throws a fit. Saying I might not be the one for you then. Not a very good work ethic seems to me. Hes only worried about his pocket when buying a home. It is very important to read everything and make sure it's what you want. Not to be pressured into choosing something. Good luck, Derek.

I had an amazing experience with one of Valente's agents in "Windsor,ON" whose name is "Jason Sekhon". I had an appointment with him to rent a house which I had seen before. He filled forms and did everything for me easily. Since I found him very friendly and kind, I explained my condition to him and asked his idea about buying a house. He explained to me the market and made me more clear about different options moreover the advantages and disadvantages of both decisions. Then I decided to buy a house. Later he found several houses for me that matched my budget and were really what I needed. The most interesting thing was his two offers. I had heard before, that we should suggest a higher price to win the house. However, for two properties which we had chosen, he told us that the prices should be lower so he offered a lower price than what had been listed. Amazingly we won both. After the home inspection, he took another discount to fix the problems of that house. Finally, we bought one of them with affordable value and we are really satisfied with his professional job. He is not only an expert in his job but also a very kind, patient and friendly person.We were lucky to find him and worked with him in this way!

He was very informative, supportive and knowledgeable throughout the process and dedicated much of his time to sell our home. Everything from the beginning staging of our home to the open houses and finally to the offer presentation all went smoothly. Our home was successfully sold. Years later Amy Valente Sarkis helped my son buy his first home. She took the time and effort to find the best house to fit his needs. Amy dedicated many hours over those weeks and found the perfect home for him. Where to begin... Jen Johnson was absolutely incredible. Buying a house in the middle of a pandemic was not something we anticipated would be easy, but Jen not only made it easy but enjoyable as well. She worked tirelessly (and still is) until we found exactly what we were looking. Knowledgeable about homes inside and out, it made our experience informative, fun, and exciting. I had the pleasure of listing a house with Sharon Mack. She made herself readily available to answer questions, was more than fair in her contract, showed knowledge in her approach and maintained professionalism throughout our contract. Not to mention she also is very fun and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services in the future and refer to her as well!

I am dealing with two partner agents who care only about commission. They don't care about buyer's legit concerns for closing, completion of work on purchase of sale form. Never answered my questions, they say it's the lawyers' job. Never took on duties they get paid to do. Say, they can't get a hold of the seller and it has been 3.5 wks, even though they sold them the house where they are now living. Just shameful! The worst agents I have even dealt with, their names are Dennis H. and Carole Bebude. Stay away from these two clowns. They don't know their job or care what they are doing to people's health and welfare.
