They have been awesome to deal with, they keep me up to date on the market; offer knowledgeable advice; have kept my home consistently rented and they are always very responsive to any needs myself or the tenants have. Used Keith to rent out our home as long distance owners.

They did a good job finding a good tenant for us, paid us on time and their office staff communicated well.

The issue comes down to Keith. Bad first impressions, he was late to our first meeting and did not even acknowledge that he was late.

We decided to part ways with his services after about two years. He was extremely unprofessional communicating to us when we said we would like to end the services.

He basically called us stupid for going out on our own on managing our property, and told us
"I'm not trying to badger you here, merely pointing out the realities of self management. I wouldn't expect I could show up at your work and have a clue how to do it without stuffing the whole thing up, and people often don't realize that my job is like that too".

This is completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Needless to say, he will not be getting any business from any of our friends or family. It is too bad there are so few choices in cochrane for property management. Non of them are good. The only reason a manager of this caliber is able to remain in business is because there are no alternatives, in a different setting like a bigger center, this business would fail.

Keith's demeanor was unprofessional and did not instill confidence in his ability to professionally manage our property in regards with communication and timeliness.
