Spent the last year and a half with Northview in Northgate apartments. Beautiful space, lovely neighbors, and property management that cares. I'd renew for another year but I'm moving cities. Best rental I've ever had the privilege to live in; clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my situation. I highly recommend renting with Northview. Tara and Jill will make the process all the better. Absolutely going to miss my home here, but I look forward to the day I can come back. Thank you for everything!

Very dirty communal areas, carpets never taken out and cleaned more than twice a year, elevators dirty and buttons not sanitized, I found multiple drug baggies around the apartment while living there. Parking lot is never attended to (snow removal, garbage pickup, fixing potholes) they fix potholes in the parking lot with gravel, resulting in an excess amount of gravel in parking lot. So when winter comes and they don’t use ice melt or shovel the slippery walkways you fall and get gravel in your knees or hands. Pot holes so big you can bottom out your car on BOTH entrances. Apartment was dirty upon me moving in. The move in and out inspections were nowhere near the same attention to detail, the move in inspection was maybe 5 minutes that they quickly rushed through so you don’t realize it’s dirty until you’re moving in. While move out was so thorough, and they expected a lot more of you in comparison to how you receive it. For some reason they love to start projects and never complete them, they left plaster up on the walls for months without sanding or painting to complete. They cut a hole in the ceiling and left that for a very long time as well. Side door lock was broken without a fix for at least 3 months. Very very terrible communication with maintenance team. They will cancel your requests without fixing problem and not contact you. I had a broken power stall that did not receive power resulting in my car battery dying 3 times over the winter and they never called me about my request to have it fixed. Lazy and unprofessional. To put it plainly DO NOT RENT HERE. Too expensive for a nasty and unkempt building, that they claim is clean and sanitized.

I had the best experience with the staff at Northview from the start. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment in the Westmoore estates complex. Staff were always pleasant, timely, and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
This was my second time renting with them, and I will definitely go back in the future if I ever need another place.
Even after moving out, they still did all they could to assist me when a parcel was mistakenly sent to my old address... They definitely didn't need to do help, but they still went above and beyond!

I lived at Westmore Estates for 2 years and had a great experience with all staff. The suites were modern, clean, spacious, very well laid out, balcony was a bonus, pricing was very fair and included utilities, common areas were maintained well, and most maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. If I was ever looking for a rental again, I would definitely check at Westmore Estates first.

Elk Pointe apartments...is a cheaply put together apartment building. There is no security I even had to get a post box because mail was getting stolen because the front door that is supposed to be locked was broken into and not fixed for quite some time 2 month and around tax time. There was a fire a couple months ago and that was never fixed any maintenance on your apartment that has to be done is done to low standard. This is one of the most expensive places to live in Grande Prairie Alberta... You would think that you would get some security for your money buyer beware. The staff members are very unprofessional.

I lived at Westmore Estates for almost two years. Any time I had a problem it was dealt with quickly. The staff have always been great to me, especially Jill and Dawnie. I enjoyed living here and if I ever had to rent an apartment again I wouldn't hesitate to live here. I would 10/10 recommend these apartments to anyone. Thanks again for everything. 🙂

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star If there was an option.
Highly suggest going elsewhere..
Most front rooms and halls stink of piss, threats to get evicted for nothing, homeless constantly stealing from residents vehicles aswell as mailboxes, breaking into the main apartment doors. And maintenance doesn't do anything about it.
On another note Northview also enjoys towing their residences vehicles without notice. Only care about their tenants until a lease is signed.
