Shanel is very unprofessional! She is very rude!!!! We are tenants and paying our rent on time we are just inquiring and the way she handle question it seems like we are not good paying !!! She is very unprofessional the management should retrain this lady for GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE it seems like she doesn't know it!!!!! Very rude very unprofessional!!!!!! We have several maintenance issue request in our unit and still not fix!!!!! Disrespectful lady!!!!! And she laugh out loud when we leave. !!! Is this how you treat tenants!!!!

We won' t to the office and talk to Shannel the admin She was so disrepectful and arrogant. She went outside for cigarette with one guys and my wife caught her talking about me and I confronted her about her being rude. When we left she made a loud laugh again. She showed how racist she was. That woman is unprofessional and so entitled. That woman needs to learn that respect tenants and to be humble. We have been with Northview for 2 years now and we deserved a little decency and respect and that Shannel do not represents the company well as is so racist, arrogant and disrepectful.

Have had cockeroaches in our building twice in one year. Not even because of us. When they schedule to do a "inspection" they dont even show up. Then the next day they show up they are absolutely so rude both times they have come, and then didn't even check where there supposed to. Really disappointed.

Title: Terrible Experience with Northview Residential - Unprofessional and Unreliable

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Northview Residential that compelled me to share my negative feedback. After successfully securing a rental offer and paying a substantial deposit, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare.

Upon receiving the rental agreements, I noticed several discrepancies and promptly notified the property manager. Despite assurances that the issues would be rectified and the corrected agreements sent within a day, I found myself waiting for two days with no response. Multiple attempts to contact them via email, text, and phone calls were met with complete silence.

Frustrated and concerned, I reported the situation to my credit card company as potential fraud, as I had neither received the corrected agreements nor any acknowledgment of my attempts to communicate. To my surprise, a few days before the end of the month, I received a call from a different property manager informing me that the previous manager had retired a week ago. This conveniently explained the lack of communication.

The new property manager requested that I forward the emails detailing my issues with the rental agreement forms. However, shortly after complying, I found myself inexplicably "email blocked" by the new manager within minutes of our conversation.

This level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and the convenient retirement of the initial manager raises serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of Northview Residential. I strongly advise anyone in search of rental properties to steer clear of this company at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of a headache, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.

This is what these people say neat and clean. I hope they keep their homes as like this as well. Foul smell literally make you feel sick without getting sickness. I do not what these management think of them, despite of sending too many emails they never took step to clean this. Many times I cleaned it myself considering myself a good and clean tenant. I think these people need to learn manners first. Go get an admission in school again , we will together sponser you but please have manner in talking with tenants. Your motive should be customer centric not selfish.
I hope you will have realization one day and you will be good human soon.

After renting with them for 5 solid year without any default or damage when I came back they denied my application. The former administration were great people the current once are rude and unprofessional pathetic place to rent anymore. Thanks I found batter place

The management is so rude to their tenants, we were facing problems for paying first month rent as they didn’t tell us how to pay and because of that we got late fee charges we though we called them on 1st June itself to ask for the process and they didn’t pick up call or responded to text. The regional manager is so freaking rude , she should really watch her attitude and tone how to speak to the tenants. Also we have unfinished work in our apartment which they haven’t completed, they gave us a unworking laundry card and we had to buy a new one. The management is freaking so unmanaged they hardly respond to your calls, texts and impose charges on you which are not justified.

I'm ashamed to have spent a year with this company.
With experience with multiple REIT's, and RP company's, I am confident with my review:

The company has become complacent with tenant hospitality for the worse, and do not accommodate to their own agreement.
To begin; my room had mold within the vents and carpet upon arrival.
4 months in my hot water shut off in the kitchen, dis-allowing me to clean utensils and dishes. (for the remainder of my stay.. Seriously.)
Water got shut off maybe once or twice a month, and sometimes for multiple days. This gave for an extremely poor experience due to my own personal hygiene for work.
The last 2 months of my stay, my roof started leaking profusely.
The first time I had called the emergency line, the answer was, "Is it serious, or can I come tomorrow?" - Unbelievable.
After he came to look at it, nothing was fixed as he "Couldn't see the problem."
He was going to come back another time with a helper, which I completely understood that if the task was above him.
The leaky roof went on for 3 weeks.
My cat had become sick due to licking the floor from the leak (Which contained the white stuff on the roof -liquefied).
The final week of the leaky roof, my refrigerator quit working, and took them 3-6 days to replace (My apologies, I can't recall how long it took them.) ~ In which I lost $200 worth of groceries, and unable to purchase more until the fridge was replaced.
All of this, and they offered me a "$100 off my rent."
An unbelievably terrible experience, and would not promote this company to even my worse enemies. (Okay, maybe I would.)

Saying that I am absolutely appalled with this company is an understatement.

But there you are, an honest review and what I experienced.
If you choose to reside here, I do hope that your stay is far more pleasant than mine.
