We stayed at residence Inn for pretty much the whole of September 2024 and we really loved our stay here to the point where we would love to come back. This was our first trip to America and we found this hotel just felt like home it was quite at night you can’t hear people through the walls, rooms are very spacious and you even get a Hobb to cook if you choose to and a fridge freezer. ||One thing I really want to point out is the hotel staff, they were so friendly greeting you as you come in saying goodbye every day just goes above and beyond really makes you feel welcome and safe. ||The location is perfect as you are very close to all of the Disney, universal and sea world parks apart from Busch gardens which is a while away. ||The internet here is perfect I had no connection issues and was fast enough for me on the free WiFi which offered up to 50mb download speed which was plenty enough. If you choose to pay for faster WiFi you have this option but for most I don’t think you’ll need to. ||They offer breakfast in the morning with snacks, food and drinks and Micky mouse waffles all at your own leisure during the morning. ||They also have air con and also heating in the rooms.||If you are looking for a hotel to book whether you are from the US or if you are travelling from the UK I would recommend this hotel to everyone. ||We enjoyed our stay and want to thank all off the staff from the reception to room cleaners and staff on morning breakfast Thank-you all for your service.

I had an incredible 8-day stay at the Residence Inn Orlando at Flamingo Crossing Town Center, and Tina at the front desk was a standout from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, Tina made me feel completely welcomed, like I was part of the family. She went above and beyond every day, helping with booking the Disney shuttle, receiving packages, accommodating a room change request, and even modifying my checkout. Tina truly became the face of this hotel for me, and her kindness made all the difference.

The hotel itself was fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plus, the internet speed was solid for streaming and video calls. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and Tina’s exceptional service is what made my stay unforgettable.

Spent a couple of days here. Clean and close enough to the Disney bubble to drive, yet not the congestion. Plenty of places to eat close by, and the laundry room was super convenient. The breakfast area is large and has a good selection. Pool bar was closed at the time but opened inside later in the day.

Rooms were very large and clean! Wish they had a different coffee maker ( that is the reason for 4stars and not 5) it was the one that has the "tea bag" like pods that housekeeping needs to provide. We had a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen ( big frig and microwave and stove top!) Very clean! Pool was too chilly to go in. There is a gate around the pool-people smoke on the other side of the gate. I did not enjoy that. All in all- the location was amazing! Also right next to a mall- Target is there and many nice restaurants!! Breakfast was probably best in town!

This is an amazing Hotel. The rooms are very large with a full size kitchen and a breakfast bar where you can sit and eat. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious. This has to be the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Usually you can see things that didn't get cleaned properly but I could find nothing it was spotless. I did not go in the pool but we sat around the pool and ate at the pool bar which was very good food. Speaking of food the breakfast is probably the best I've ever had in a hotel buffet. The staff is very friendly. I can find no fault at all with this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I did a Resort Pass day room reservation today. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area is great and wasn't overcrowded. The dayroom reservation says it's from 9am-5pm, we arrived around 930am. Check in was super quick, they even said breakfast was still going on and to help ourselves! We just got a drink and headed up to our room. We liked our room. Our only issues which we mentioned to staff during check out and they took note... We were given a handicap accessible room but the toilet seat wasn't really attached to the toilet so you almost slide right off and the walk in shower floor is super slippery when wet. I'd think, especially for a handicap accessible room, these things would be in better shape. The front desk was really nice about it and thanked us for bringing it to their attention and not just leaving without saying anything.

But other than that, we honestly loved our day room reservation and had a great day! We'll probably be back for future resort passes!

The hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were also very friendly, helpful, and professional. The proximity to Disneyworld and Universal was convenient. If you are using the shuttle to Disney, book it as soon as you are able to as the spots fill up quickly. Overall, this is a very nice hotel and would highly recommend staying here.
