My parents had been in the process of selling their home, but had been listed for over a year with another realtor of their choosing. They had discussed and set the price point with no offers submitted over that 12-month period.
I received a strong recommendation and reached out to Mrs. Rhonda Bellamy and asked her to come in and complete a full market evaluation on my parents’ home so that I could better understand why there had been no offers over that amount of time. Rhonda met me that same evening and spend the time going through the home and was very thorough taking initial photos and basic measurements both inside and outside of the home. The following day I received a comprehensive break down and market evaluation for my parents’ home with many comparable properties which had recently sold in the area. As expected, the house had been overpriced. A price adjustment was made with the listing realtor and the house sold inside of 30 days following the advice I received from Rhonda.
Rhonda was prompt, professional, and thorough in her evaluation and had she had the listing initially the home would have sold far sooner. I will be using her services in the future and would recommend her to anyone wishing to list in Central Alberta.
