Richard is simply the best agent I've ever worked with! He makes life so much easier for his clients and is head and shoulders above anyone else I've worked with. Rich:
1. Isn't there to pressure you. He genuinely cares about his clients and what is best for them and their needs. He listens carefully to feedback and applies them in future showings and takes the time (nearly a year for me!) to find you right place. He is patient as a monk!

2. Has unparalleled local knowledge across the city. He offers so much insight into every neighbourhood including area highlights, restaurants, activities, future developments and most importantly, what to be mindful about (e.g., noise, density, train tracks, transit stops).

3. Fights for his clients. He always has his clients' best interests at heart and will go to battle for you if he thinks something isn't right. He will always make sure things are fixed up and problems are taken care of if found during inspections or even after possession. He's forthcoming if he is concerned about a property and will let you know clearly if he thinks something is concerning or feels off.

4. Has an extensive network of home professionals. He referred me to a trustworthy plumber when I needed one and always has contacts that he leverages to help assess homes and properties.

5. Goes above and beyond. Rich would routinely conduct impressively thorough research about questions I had about properties, going as far as to contact developers, the municipality and regional authorities to make sure I had the information I needed to make the best decision.

I can't say enough about how great Richard is as both a person and professional. I will NEVER work with any other agents as long as Rich is around! He's my agent for life!

Richard changes my view of what a real estate agent is or should be. He's not there for quick transactions. He's sincere, communicative, and goes out of his way to show his clients that he genuinely does care. He cares to build relationships and that care is immensely helpful. I wish I met Richard earlier! Before working with him, I went through a number of agents who didn't meet my expectations in one way or another. Perhaps I was being picky, but I think everyone should be when they're investing in a home.

From day one Richard was very professional, he made sure to get to know me and understand my needs. I had limited availability but Richard always accommodated my schedule for viewings and I felt I got the most out of this time because of how organized and proactive he was in planning and booking multiple viewings at a time. It's really important to note that I never had an interaction with Richard that felt rushed. When he's working with you he's present and you can count on him to be easily accessible and responsive.

As a typical first time buyer I had a lot of questions which he always answered in detail. He is clearly knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to provide you with all the information you need to make the right decision.
