I was referred to Richard Faucher and his team by a friend. As a first-time homebuyer I was paired up with Meaghan. I came into this knowing nothing about buying homes. Meaghan made the process extremely easy and stress free and was also very patient and quick answering all my questions in call/texts.

You start off with a consultation that determines your house preferences and then each day you simply ‘like’ the houses that piques your interest and Meaghan handles the rest (setting up viewing times, coordinating, paperwork, etc.)

There was no point at which I was pressured to close on a deal (ended up going on the mid-low end of budget which was ideal). The inspectors and lawyers that were recommended all had high reviews on google as well.

In summary it was a streamlined and stress-free process, would highly recommend!
