Richard is a great Realtor who I would highly recommend for his responsiveness, honesty, and intimate knowledge of the area - plus he has a good sense of humour to boot and it made our stressful situation a little bit easier to bear. We're a military family that got posted to the area in the midst of all the covid havoc and weren't able to travel to the area in person to look at houses. When we started reaching out to real estate agents, Richard was by far the most responsive and helpful. Over the course of a few months of ups and downs, Richard worked tirelessly to show us properties and was diligent about getting us good videos and pointing out any potential issues, both inside and out. He was particularly helpful in helping us navigate a seller's market where houses were selling quickly and well above asking. Unfortunately a house we offered fell through, in large part because Richard did his job of acting in our best interests in our absence and getting a second opinion on something which ended up being a deal breaker for us. In our particular situation, we ended up being able to get military housing so have decided not to buy at the moment. However, when we do start looking again, we'll be working with Richard again. I felt he really went above and beyond for us, and he was very trustworthy. I'd recommend him to anyone!
