I highly recommend using Rick as your real estate agent. Rick acted for us to help purchase a new property. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. He is very trustworthy, he does not push you at all for properties that are not right for you, and he is very good at being selective with what properties he sends you for your consideration. One thing we love about Rick is his ability to be realistic from the onset. He's not there to paint a vision that is unrealistic- you as a seller/buyer might have blue sky thinking but he's great at balancing those expectations and keeping things in perspective.
