The New Year came with new property management (ICR Commercial Real Estate) and I can't emphasize what a relief this is to have even just a point of contact in addressing concerns, especially ones who are thorough and prompt. We have regular cleaners that maintain the common areas, shoveling of sidewalks and roadways are done timely and within 24 hrs of snowfall. I have changed my 1 star review to 4/5 to reflect this.

I have tried multiple avenues to reach resolution before publicly shaming but this is well deserved. The building is marketed as 'luxury' but we don't have regular cleaners in common areas which means blood is left on door handles, puddles of urine left in corners of the elevators, we haven't had ANY snow removal which meant loss of income both for myself and the other tenants I obstructed in the parking lot. We have elderly in WALKERS who can't use the side walks. In a span of 3 days we had 4 "false alarms" with the whole building being evacuated at 5 am and 10 pm, there is ZERO communication from whatever management we have which is non-existent. Every time we have tried to reach out with a concern it gets read with no reply. Where are our property managers?
