I rented a parking spot from them at 210 Breithaupt where my truck was hit by the plowing company that looks after it. It took 3 weeks to get a hold of them to make an appointment to see the recorded footage and when I showed up for the appointment they were once again out of their office and told me they'd send me the footage (which was heavily edited and not the time I had requested). Ridgewood denied, constantly, that my truck had been hit there and when I confronted the plow company about it they admitted they had hit it. Absolutely the worst communication I have ever had with any company ever. I highly suggest NOT renting anything from them.

If you buy parking space or lease a rental property from them be prepared for a complete lack of responses to phone calls, emails or messages whatsoever.
