Let me start by saying communication is quick and you can expect to hear quickly back. Unfortunately, even though I booked a few days in advance, and the email I received said the driver would be on time, they were 40 minutes late! If I hadn't called, I don't think I would have received a drive at all. I arrived just in time for my flight but not early enough to have a coffee or breakfast. The driver was courteous and nice at least. Lastly, I have asked twice now for a receipt for the service and have not received a receipt, maybe because I paid cash. I'm not sure. I ended up cancelling my return drive. I'm giving two stars because the driver and the man on the phone were very polite.
UPDATE: after this review, I received the receipt and a phone call from Flylink explaining what happened. I have bumped the review up a notch because they have accepted responsibility for this like professionals.

I am travelling frequently and needed a competent company for (mainly) airport transfers. The drivers are very professional and the cars are very clean and comfortable (I did not expect that type of cars they are using when I contacted them the first time). Never mind, what kind of transfer and time, they are always in time! Great service and quick response time on any requests. I higly recommend that company!

Service beyond expectations! Amidst heavy snow storm and rain, when other services were unavailable, Flylink continued taking reservations and ensured that my family including small kids, could reach our home safely and in good time. Very well maintained cars and professional drivers and very reasonable charges too! All the very best to the team...👍

They get charges of two way, and pickup guests both ways - which is okay to utilize resources. But not good for customers : as i got picked up from Larry Uteck with tight 30 minutes slot to reach airport, They had another guest waiting at airport.
Would give little more info - as owner is quite vigilant.
I have requested for a on the way ad-hoc drop of my wife and kids to Sunnyside mall - which was politely denied by driver as he was not knowing that we can reach the place from highway also... Secondly he was in rush to pickup next person, and i was 5-10 minutes late.
(P.S. Not a concern for driver - it is the responsibility of owner to train them)

The service is getting popular, but the management seems not ready to take the load.

Will try else where, next time.

Other than that, car was ok, driver was ok, driving was ok. Owner called for apologize - but that seems to be more of a formality. Have paid full cash $55 for airport drop.

May be this review save some time for customers and they explaicity mention everything proactively (even any slight possibility) and / or owner gets some learning out of this. I have got my learning from this aswell.

I met Rimple by chance several months ago and have been traveling with him a couple times per month every since.

Great service, great conversation and always on time, even when flight delays haven't caused me not to be .

I would never consider using another provider and I take great comfort in the fact that when I travel to Halifax, Rimple is always there to ensure a flawless ride. Highly recommend!

I have recently used Flylink Airport Taxi services for my travel . I really loved the services, Driver experience , Cleanness of the car . Highly recommend to others . Flylink is the best taxi services in Halifax among 7 to 8 services I used in Halifax so far .

I had the terrible experience of doing business with him. He hired me as his social media manager. Our contract was for at least 6 months with 2 months notice period that he clearly agreed to.

So we went ahead & he paid the prep months due. I bought 3rd party monthly membership for him, blocked my 6 month calendar for new clients, and worked on his content calender in advance. Kept asking him for feedback to improve it but no reply consistently. Only one month in, when I sent him the invoice, he REFUSED To make the payment and said 'sorry we are not proceeding'. I explained to him clearly that its a 6 month contract and it cannot be broken like this. I said lets make changes acc to your prefference. But he said he doesn't have time for it. I said If you really must end it now, then you have to make one months payment according to contract. It covers opportunity cost (I can only take a no. of clients every month so I had to decline 2 other businesses as I was commited to his project) and the fees I've incurred on his behalf. But he refused to pay me a penny!

So he refuses to cooperate, doesn't respect contracts/agreements and refuses to make payments.
