Terrible company!!!!!! There out there ripping people off!!! I phone this company to do a appraisal of 10 acres not far from pa. I had got the same property appraised 2 years ago it was 580 dollars. This time the owner wanted 2500 for the same job!!!! I had to call 4 time and never got a call back. When i finally got to talk to someone ( the owner) i questioned him why its so much more than last time! Then he hung up on me lol totally unprofessional!!! I do not recommend this company. Another appraisal company asked for 975. A little more reasonable. This company is a rip off!!!! Go somewhere else.!!! U will thank me for it!!!! What a joke!!

Poor communication, high fees, and very inaccurate appraisal value. Sent message through website, no response. Big waste of my $654.00!
Repeat business? Never again! Spread the negative feedback about this 3rd rate outfit? Absolutely!
Hope you enjoy my money, as your business goes down the drain with all the negative feedback that keeps coming in!

I have been in the appraisal business for 16 years. Since I contacted them for a time sensitive appraisal, it took them 1 full week to contact for inspection, has been another full week with no communication of any kind from the appraisers, STILL waiting for a completed report. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I'm a mortgage associate and I needed an inspection done for a client. Ring Appraisals Ltd. was great! They were super friendly on the phone, very responsive to emails, and made sure they contacted the client to get things set up for them ASAP. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an appraisal or an inspection report done in the Prince Albert area!

Other than the receptionist who was lovely to deal with the appraiser who gave a timeline, was out two weeks, with no explanation as to why it was late and multiple calls. A complete disregard of the client's time, very unprofessional.

Save yourself the headache and get a different company to do your appraisal. After 2 no shows, finally getting the appraisal.. then a year later I pay $157.00 for them to release the rights from it to give to another mortgage broker, who then informed me afterwards I didn't need to pay them that money since it was me who bought the original appraisal in the first place, not a bank. Bunch of crooks both times I dealt with them.
