The management of Riverbend Tower Apartments (Cindy, Randy and Kevin) is top notch. They are always there when you need them and they serve above and beyond the call. They keep our home clean, safe and very welcoming. Whenever there is a request for assistance or something in the apartments needs attention, it is handled and taken care of right away. They are friendly and supportive and always make me feel like this is home. I highly recommend this building by giving it and all levels of management a superior 5 star THUMBS UP.

Great place to live, with a family-friendly atmosphere and a very quiet neighborhood. The building is very well maintained, with regular improvements and maintenance throughout the year. I’ve had some maintenance issues in my unit, but everything was promptly resolved. Mrs. Cindy, Randy, and Kevin are always ready to help with anything we need — they are very nice and helpful.

I've lived in Riverbend Towers for going on 7 months now and I have loved every minute of it. The building is clean, quiet, and everyone is so friendly. The property managers have been nothing but kind and helpful in every situation; if there is a problem, they are prompt to fix it right away. The apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious, comes with washer and dryer in unit for most floors, and has a great view! You get your own private balcony, which is a plus in my books! I would highly recommend Riverbend Towers to anyone! 10/10.

Riverbend Towers is an excellent place to live. The management is super friendly and very helpful, any issue we've had has been promptly addressed and resolved. I find the rent affordable, utilities are included except electricity, the apartments are spacious and it's very quiet and clean. There is a good sense of community in this building, all the residents are very friendly and welcoming.

Riverbend Tower Apartments are centrally located in Chatham with access to walkways along the Thames River, close to shopping whether for groceries, clothing or hardware stores; so many things close by! The on site management team is very friendly and courteous and attentive to your needs. The building is very clean! Owned by Realstar who makes sure that their tenants are safe, happy and taken care of!

We moved into 45 Riverview Drive, Chatham Ontario Friday July 18th, 2025 Cindy & Randy Mortimer , the Resident Managers, were very honest, straightforward, have kept their word. We found everything as promised.
The appliances work like a charm, Very efficient, the atmosphere in this complex reflects beautiful people.

If you get a restored apartment it is extremely nice but pricey for Chatham, 3 stars due to the fact if my mother doesn't get 1 of the 8 handicap spot she has to walk from the back of the parking lot which you need a 4x4 to navigate

Wonderful building! Nice suites. Great residents living here as well as awesome resident managers and an amazing assistant manager! I recommend living here.
