Love the condo. The osprey model that we had chosen is perfect for us. Nice and bright. Very clean. Million dollar view, common room and. also a gym. Fantastic superintendent and manager. Can’t wait till next summer to enjoy the outdoor heated salt water pool. Building and property is well maintain and and manicured and very well lite at night which makes us feel secure. Very happy for choosing River Edge 2 for our home. R and J Hamel

River’s Edge surpasses any and all expectations. The property location is picturesque and close (walking distance) to the shopping district.
The public amenities are incredible; the common room is beautifully decorated and sizable enough to host large gatherings and provides endless entertainment. I love our “Captain” floorplan, especially having the in-suite washer and dryer.
The property manager Ms. M. Brunner is warm and welcoming, and most importantly well organized; she resolves all concerns quickly. This eased the stress of move-in day greatly.

My wife and I moved into RiversEdge2 in early October. Our move in went very smoothly thanks to our building manager and superintendent. Building is clean and quite, with the river views that cant be beat. We are happy with our decision to move here.

My dad has wanted to live here since he saw the ads for Phase 1.
The whole process, from application to moving day, was a breeze! Everyone, from manager to superintendent, is incredibly professional and friendly.
We cannot say how happy we are to be here, and to be in A’burg
The Pirolis make a beautiful building.

My wife myself and our dog moved in a mid Oct. and love it here.The apartment is beautiful with a perfect view of River and sunsets.The pool is right below us can't wait for summer.There is a pool table and gym to keep us occupied this winter.The manager Margaret is great at her job.Makes time for you if you need it.Our super Frank is SUPER. Keeps the place clean and running
Always has time for you and if there is a problem he rectifies it.We will enjoy our retirement here.

My girlfriend and I love living here it’s our first place together! Very cozy, clean and the manager and superintendent are amazing people. Sadly there is a huge issue with parking that doesn’t seem like it will ever be fixed. Be aware the other building probably won’t have 2 parking spots available for tenants either.
Adding to your response the other building has more parking. I have no doubt whoever built the building is lying and didn’t want to purchase more property or spend more money stop lying

Love the apartment.
But...my bedroom wall is beside a noisy stairwell, & "hear everything", from the people above? Even them walking! Sadly interfering with sleep and is "so annoying", day after day! Not enough parking either! Only one car allowed?

Clean, quiet building with lots of amenities. I have a view of the river and spectacular sunsets.
Manager Margaret is efficient and a delight to work with. Super is Frank. He is attentive and quick to resolve any issues with maintenance.
Feels more like I’m at a vacation condo. Can’t wait to enjoy the pool in the summer. There is a great common room and well equipped gym.
Best move I have made…I’m quite happy here.
