I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. From the moment I moved in, everything was clean, well-maintained. The location was convenient, the neighbors were friendly.
I want to sincerely thank Mr jason being so kind, responsive, and professional throughout my stay. Any questions or requests I had were always handled quickly and with care. It's rare to find such a respectful and supportive person, and I truly appreciated it.
I highly recommend those appartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home. Thank you again for everything Mr jason.

I live in these apartments for roughly 1 year while I worked in Thompson. Jason is a great building manager, always made sure that his tenants were taken care of. I anything ever came up he was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Maintenance staff was also very kind and would help out whenever an issue arose. The apartment was solid, no issues with the room for the time I was there. The laundry is an easy to use Bluetooth system, recently installed with brand new machines. Tenants in these buildings are also very kind, you won’t have to worry about your neighbour's too much.
My only complaint would be the building runs a bit hot in the summer, but that is easily solved by a window air conditioner. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Thompson I would recommend Riverside Courts.

This place is awesome! Jason has been nothing but awesome since I moved in back in Jan of 2022. The apartments are clean and very well secured. They also have digital/Bluetooth laundry machines that make the chore effortless and enjoyable. I 100% recommend this apartment to anyone thinking about moving to Thompson or even visiting for a short stay. Any problems, questions or concerns are dealt with in a very respectful and timely manner.

Lived in an apartment for 13 months.

Overall it was good, especially for the area. Heat was broke from day 1. Had zero control over the heat. All summer heat was full blast in the bedrooms with no heat in the living room and kitchen, and throughout winter as well. Tried multiple times to have it fixed, never was until I moved out (allegedly). And after I moved out the direct withdrawal was not cancelled causing my bank account to be overdrawn. They did fix it the next business day with etransfer.

Aptartment was nice inside, and it was a quiet building. Rent at the time was $1250 and hydro was normally $30 or so. Heated bathroom floor was a nice perk.

Clean, comfortable units, recently renovated with nice floors and fixtures. Some of the best apartments in Thompson. Management is great, keeping the units and grounds in fine condition.
