My husband and I bought a house in West Kelowna with Corey in 2021, so the market was HOT! Houses were all selling over list and going very quickly. His knowledge and expertise was instrumental in the success of our home purchase - we didn't offer the highest purchase price, but the way that Cory thought to structure our offer won us the bid. He is also so much fun, and laid back - which made working with him a blast! The one area for improvement we see is just better/more consistent communication.

I was referred to Cory because of his extensive knowledge of properties located on leasehold land.. Cory took the time to really understand himself, and help me understand the lease. When we needed a realtor in a hurry Cory jumped in. He was holding an open house but still managed to do a bunch of leg work for us after hours and set up some viewings for the next day. Cory went above and beyond to get my place sold for more than market price. Having all "his people" in his pocket proved to be invaluable. There was many complications with my property, and he either had a plan, or was willing to reach out to his brokers for their advice. Teamwork was obvious. Cory worked with me to decide what was the best bang-for-the-buck when doing repairs and renovations to get my place ready for selling at the highest cost. USE THIS GUY for your next sale!
