We were referred to Rob, by a member of the one family we know who lives in N.B. when we were considering retiring there from Ontario. Rob was patient with our travel plan dynamic and worked with us to set up our first showing. Rob was instrumental in helping us to locate a new home when we moved from the west coast to take on a ministry position in a local congregation in Fredericton. Through Rob we were able to accomplish something that is not recommended for the faint of heart: we purchased a house sight unseen. We couldn't have done it with Rob's experience, expertise and his knowledge of the Fredericton real estate market. Since we couldn't visit the house in person, Rob took us on an extended virtual tour and by the end were confident that this was the house for us.
