If you’re thinking about buying or selling your home, I can’t recommend Rob and Jim Burton enough. They recently helped us sell our beloved home in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s, and from day one, they were everything we needed: clear, reliable, and genuinely kind.

But honestly, what meant the most to us was how they treated us, with warmth, respect, and care, specially with the little ones in the family. They always went above and beyond, making sure we all felt supported through what can be a really emotional process.

From the start, Rob was great. He came in midway through this process for me. We had a lot of upgrades completed.
He advised us on some things to improve our renos, and my parents' home was a very solid sale in the end.
Rob has a lot of knowledge and tips to increase your dollar amount. He treats every sale individually, and his attention to detail was right on par with mine, Clean lines and modern colors were huge in decision making to show the updates were very modern. Each sale to him is personal, and that shows.
The new homeowners who purchased knew the home showed very well.
