Robb was the purchasing agent for a property we sold last year and found him to be very disrespectful. Our agent was abundantly clear that given market conditions we were only accepting offers from someone who had been pre-approved for a mortgage. He presented an offer, there was a bit negotiation and we accepted. Then the problems started with his buyer. Said they were approved but they weren't, delayed things at least a week during which we weren't taking offers from other buyers. Our agent would attempt to reach Robb and would get no response.

Maybe his games work if you're buying a property buy if you're selling just be aware he plays games.
