Robert Mogensen has now handled several mortgage transactions for me. A pleasure to work with, Rob took as much time as I needed to feel totally comfortable about my decisions, definitely brought me the best mortgage solutions and kept me fully informed throughout the process. Every time I had a question, he was always there to answer my call with the info I needed. Rob has helped us with 4 mortgages, as well as a new purchase. Once he even said, you can switch, but it's better to stay with your bank right now for this reason. Solid advice, always on our side, and patient with complicated circumstances. Many brokers provide knowledgeable service, but Rob is more than that. You will see that he cares, he makes it fun, and you will instantly feel comfortable and confident. We were always laughing, and if I'm dong something this stressful, I pick the person who gets me smiling! He's also a wealth of connection and has pointed us to many really great services and people. From our very first conversation, Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out exactly what was required, worked to find the best deal, and was constantly on the ball as the go-between, between myself and the Lender.
