Update August
Unit 2 has been screaming since 2021, many calls to rock solid, had to call the cops a few times at night as she bangs the walls. Nothing has been done. Video proof
Update July.
Told us they were repairing our shower, it would take a day, maybe two max. The truth was, they were completely tearing down and putting in a new shower. The construction took a week to complete, left us with no living space and had to relocate for a few days all on our own.
Update: May 15
They are now buying bots to leave five star reviews to make them look better. How much more unprofessional can holly get. Spend that money on more technicians to fix all problems your tenants are facing.
Update: March 2024 they have moved the emergency line to a call centre. All they do is add your issue to a queue. If it’s a time sensitive matter, I’m not sure it will get addressed in time.
Looking at reviews, I feel like most would agree. Apparently you have to know the landlords in order to get a place and it's funny how their repairs are being done in such a timely manner. I'm not sure why the landlord feels like they can come to my door and ask for a favour when I was never allowed their information from rock solid.
Landlord does scab work whenever he wants to. Shows up in the morning at 7:30 and on the weekend evenings at 6:00.
I haven't gotten an apology from them for how their employees act either.
Ignoring us and the Electrical
Safety Authority while also sending us a rent increase notice is very professional.
They would rather respond to google reviews instead of calling us back and fixing our breaker nor will they pick up when we call. It has been almost a month since they responded to this review. They have not pick up the phone when we call or responded to our maintenance request.
Please explain the “change of heart” comment because it sounds like a threat to me.
They will screen your calls when you need something fixed. Gotta throw no caller ID on to get somewhere
Leaving us without power for days and isn’t doing anything about it.
Their technician isn’t a certificated electrician and he was yelling at me to keep flipping the breaker while raising his voice and trying to physically intimidate me.
Also learnt this same technician goes into other units and makes racist remarks.
He was the same one that was suppose to call an electrician after we put in a request on august 18th, which was not done. I am willing to bet he is someone’s boyfriend or family friend. They have the social skills of 12 year old, yelling at me, calling me names, threatening me.
We have to flip the breaker ever ten minutes. We can’t work from home like this. Had to call an electrician ourselves and had to pay for it upfront. They have two units plugged into the same breaker and blaming us for the power outages. They have one unit hooked up to three. different circuits
The person that lives beside us has been yelling and blaring music for the last two years. It starts whenever they wake up and goes until midnight. We have informed rock solid about this many times and have even had to call the cops. They have been yelling about mold in their apartment and they are probably right.
Look how they respond to a bad review, blaming the renter instead of trying to help.
They are bullies and are now trying to get us out of a unit.
