(1) BRAND NEW construction, complete with massive icicles. Sorry, but this does not bode well for the quality control portion of the new development in Cranbrook! You may want to bring your insulation folks back . . .

(2) Well first kudos for acknowledging that the icicle issue needs to be addressed by their removal (they are dangerous) and by "investigating further".

However, deflecting responsibility by stating that icicles "can be seen on structures all over the city" is thoughtless and injudicious. Your development in Cranbrook is BRAND NEW construction which, based upon the most recent of building practices would denote there would be no icicles which are likely a clear sign of poor or missing insulation. Yes, there are buildings around town with icicles. They however are not new construction and are most likely older buildings. Trying to conflate your new construction with buildings built many many years ago is shirking responsibility. Mentioning the "freeze/thaw cycle" is again a sidestep of duty. The last recorded day in Cranbrook with an above zero temperature was December 23rd, so a "freeze/thaw cycle" is not a factor.

Might I suggest that simply accepting responsibility while stating that you will be dealing with the situation would, and always is, the best route to follow. You owe transparency to the residents (some of whom are alarmed by the icicles) of the development.

Simply do better and be more forthright in accepting responsibility.

High rent but amazing customer service team! Easy to swap rent due dates and they keep the property well taken care of for the most part. Sometimes elevators are shut down for one reason or another and people with walkers or wheel chairs have no way up to their apartment. Need a better back up for that!

Hydro is rediculous. They charge you to paint sun walls which they are required to paint when they have someone move out anyway. 50$ a wall is pretty crazy when the paint quality is garbage you cant even wipe them down or it leaves marks and they are required to paint them when you move out aswell

I love the apartment complex and think they have a great idea. Although everyone has been kind, there were quite a few communication issues where I was having to chase people for answers and make sure I was in there for consideration. I struggled a bit to understand how things were working. That caused us quite a lot of stress for a few months. But all in all, I think they have been very good and the concept is great! The apartment is lovely.

We are really happy with our new apartment. The management team was so professional on move in day. We love all the amenities offered with respects to pet friendly site, offering onsite dog bathing, dog poopy areas and bags at your fingertips! Community garden 🪴 is also a great addition, as is the quant little play ground. Overall we are pleased so far…. No complaints. 😎😎
