Rod did what others could not do in 2 years. When we listed our place with Rod he asked us what our top n bottom price was and said he would be disappointed in himself if he could not bring a buyer to us for this land acquisition deal within 4 months. Not only did we have offers...he only brought us serious buyers and did so quicker than we had expected . There is open communication and gets back to us quickly without having to chase him for answers. It's been a great pleasure working with Rod .
