We hired Ross Osioway, to assist us in selling our Mothers home. There were two of us representing our mothers estate, and Ross was excellent in including us both in all decisions and phases during the sales/marketing cycle.

Ross is seasoned professional. He undertakes significant due diligence to get to know the property in depth before embarking on a listing. Including; nearby roadways, schools, shopping, parks and green spaces. He then utilizes all that he finds for showcasing selling points in putting together his comprehensive listing. His team take professional pictures and detailed measurements. They also utilized a drone to show nearby parks and green spaces.

He was clear that he worked for us as sellers and his actions backed up his words. Ross also provided his expertise, guidance, suggestions, negotiation ideas and strategy to help facilitate a successful sale.

We believe he maximized the best sale possible for the property from a price, possession, terms and conditions perspective. We are very pleased with the result.

Ross brings his own sales/marketing basket of tools to get the most exposure, showings, and offers for the property. They all worked excellently for our property.

Ross is straight shooter and WSYIWIG - What You See Is What You Get kind of guy. He even undertook some property tasks on his own to help ready the property with no complaint.
