Our move-in is still a few days away but I would want to appreciate all the help received, thus far, by the management team to help us secure a place. Jehan has been of immense help. Right from the first connect till now, he has been kind and reaching out. His demeanour has been one of assisting the existing and potential tenants, i.e. his customers, with all the support and guidance he can. We hope that our moving-in day and stay thereafter are full of such positive experiences. Kudos to the wonderful team at Morguard!

I've lived here for 10 years. With the exception of the racoons in the attic above my unit and getting them removed after multiple complaints, I love it here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. I recently requested that the carpeting in the main area be replaced and it was done in a short period from my request. I love the new carpet. It's a lovely grey shade and so nice under the feet. I highly recommend the complex. They are doing futher maintenance to the property in August and can't wait to see the results. Thank you again to the wonderful staff.

My experience securing an apartment at the Rouge Valley Residences was amazing. Jehan was a huge help to us!! He was able to offer us a place very quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move in as soon as possible. The apartments are clean and spacious and the community is family oriented and quiet.

Do not rent here,stay away, currently looking to relocate, this is the worse place to rent,not quiet at all, constant parties, loud music and individuals drinking on the street. I have made multiple complaints to the Rouge Valley residence management but it falls on deaf ears. The units are outdated, if you have a family look else where. Look at the pictures at the bottom,this is what your street really looks like.

I had a wonderful experience applying for our unit here, the staff are very helpful and patient. Jehan was a great help ! He has a fast response time and was able to help us through the process of acquiring all the necessary documents. Also the area is beautiful.

I’ve been living here for eight years and all my eight years of living here we have not had a good lifeguard as we do now Holly is an amazing lifeguard she does what she does the right way. She knows how to keep the pool clean. Aliana is also a very good lifeguard They know how to keep everything in order and make sure the pool is where it’s supposed to be last year. We did not have that lifeguard this year. I’m so so happy that we do have Holly and Aliana as a lifeguard. It’s a blessing. they’re amazing people

I've been living here for over a year now and I've been having non stop problems with my air conditioner. Last summer the electrician told the property managers that they needed to reroute everything in my unit for my power to stop blowing. They didn't. Again this year being as hot as it is, I am having the same problem and they know about it but haven't done anything about it. Everytine my power blows, which is weekly... they give me a new fuse bulb to put in. Doesn't last long. They need to do a permanent fix but it's been a year and have yet to do so. I pay so much in rent a month and don't get treated very well. Also anytime you do have an issue with something it takes weeks for them to respond so it leaves you needing to go into the office and having the office staff treat you like you're an idiot. Which just happened today for me.
