Reserved a rental online without reading the reviews first, and once I read them I thought I had made a mistake by booking with them but I was hopeful that the reviews were wrong.
I arrived at the airport and walked to the shuttle area there were about 7-8 of us waiting for a shuttle. I waited for about 10 mins and a shuttle arrived. Once we arrived at routes the line moved at a decent pace. Staff was friendly and professional. Online I picked a f150 but the staff informed me they didn’t have any fords and asked what else I would like. I ended up getting a jeep gladiator. We went over the current damage and I was on my way. Car drove great never had any issues with it.
Return process was really quick and the shuttle back was there to pick us up within 5 mins of dropped the car off. Shuttle drivers were friendly.
Over all this was a great rental experience. Especially for the price and the vehicle I rented. I would definitely rent from here again. I’m not sure why others experience went so badly

UPDATE: Second time renting here and my experience was just as smooth as the first time, except they charged me an extra fee of $50 and when I contacted them he stated it was because of a late drop off. But I didn’t drop it off late I dropped it off almost 2 hours early so he told me to email customer care to dispute it so once this issue gets resolved I’ll update the review again.

UPDATE: after several emails and about a week later I got refunded.

A really great value. I reserved a small car and was upgraded to a jeep wrangler at no charge. Zalina was very friendly and helpful and made us feel valued. Getting in and out was painless. There's a free shuttle from and to the airport.

We rented thru hopper and the price was good. Routes is only open to 11 p.m. and our flight was delayed and we barely made it to the rental. We waited from 9:55 to 10:30 for a shuttle to rental location and got there at 10:45. The gentleman at the counter was nice and service was good but the rental kia carnival van was all scratched up and maybe a 5 out of 10 for cleanliness and appearance. I doubt we will rent from them again due to hours of service and vehicle we received. The attendant walked around the vehicle and took pictures of some of the damage but said it it's just scratches and will be fine.

If you are looking for a reliable and safe rental this isn’t the place. Got a rental when I traveled to Colorado here. The rentals engine light turned on the next day. I called customer support and they told me to drive it back when they knew I was three hours away. I had to take it to a mechanic, had to use my vacation time to get their car checked and then they told me that they needed to do repairs and wouldn’t advise for the car to be driven. I called their customer support again and there was no answer. The right thing would have been for them to drop of a car that worked and was safe. That was never an option. Also, they stopped answering the phone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They do not care about your safety or making sure their cars are in safe conditions

CAUTION!!! We booked online and added insurances, when we got there to pick up the car they wouldn’t accept the insurance that they sold to us (“was in the policy”) and sold us much more expensive insurance 3x the original price. She secretly tried to give us a better car she had available, thankfully I asked if it was the same price and she said no it’s more expensive… if you enjoy standing in the snow at the airport for 45min for the shuttle to pick you up then this is the company for you!

Rented a jeep wrangler four our trip tontoncolorado mounta8ns. Very nice staff and a good experience.
Our windshield cracked and we were able to file a claim with state farm and it was no hassle when we returned it.

Slowest rental car company I've ever experienced. Waited over 30 min before a shuttle showed. Guest counter are just as slow if not slower. Only positive I can say is the WiFi worked to allow me to post this review, but even it was slow! ?At least they had water...
