My wife and I were first time home buyers looking for someone patient and understanding to guide us through the process, while equally willing to serve our needs when asked. Brent not only surpassed all our hope and expectations of a Realtor but got us the house of our dreams and saved us time, money and energy.

His knowledge of the market, as well as understanding of general house repairs and information we're vital when walking through houses as he could point out areas that may be of concern as well as those that are advantageous to our decision making.

At the end of the day, we left with a home and knowledge that we didn't posses before hand.

We had a very bad experience with the David Mansfield. We feel the agent acted in a very unethical manner, and I would advise others to use caution when dealing with this person and office.

Just a warning on this realtor (Paula MacDonald) so she asked me to do an inspection on her house that she is about to list. Now hear the horror stories to follow: So obviously I am a Contractor and a Home Inspector and therefore my inspections are very detailed or else clients will not be happy if I miss most of the deficiencies but Paula here who should be held to a higher standard called me after receiving my report and then started to scream at me and why I am so picky and that I should change my report to better suit her ambition to sell her ill-maintained house on to a poor buyer with all the faults I found. She also tried to keep me from going to her attic by sealing it and once I asked her for a knife so I can access it then she started getting weird and saying she never sealed it and so on so I knew something is fishy and by going inside the attic I found that her roof was leaking and she had mold all over her attic because she never maintained this house. Paula you should be ashamed of your self and I will report you to RECO because you clearly tried to manipulate me into changing your report and this is all on my google maps so I have a record of it and taken pictures so you can not change it or even if you do it will affect you and bite you back. I am also contacting my lawyer because you did breach your standard and try to intimidate me. For anyone who needs proof please contact me because I have her entire report to show you plus screen shots of her admitting she asked me to change my report and take things out of it. please look me up Golden Home Inspections. I would never in a million years by a house from this fraud lady.
