Just wanted to thank Cheryl for all of her efforts to sell my house. She and Nicole were very supportive and encouraging helping me go through the process of selling my home. You should be shut down for bothering people on religious holidays
Edit: agents of chaos showed up on the day of our lord thus week to "show our house" opened doors that were closed for privacy.
No privacy or respect for occupants and invade human rights!

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism Allie Vandyk has. I found her evaluation of the house we were going to sell was too high for the market today.and condition of the home. This was only to win the listing. Once Allie found out there was another agent we were looking at she called a family member and convinced him to have both agents work on the sale. Allie put the sign up and that was it. Allie did not vet the junk removal people she brought over. Two were over priced and one looked like a some one off the of skid row. Allie did not do one showing of the home. Allie is the type of realtor that is it in for herself not the client. I called her and it took 3 days for a reply. I have worked with a lot of agents and Allie is one I would strongly recommend you run away from. Please look for an other agent. The qualities I look for in an agent is integrity, values, knowledge of the market.Someone you would be proud to tell your friends and family about. Allie is falls short on all counts.The other agent did all the work and Allie gets the split on commission. There are two types of people in all walks of life. Those that belong there. They are the really great at the position. Then there is Allie type those that just happen to be there and they do the minimum. They do not go the extra mile they just go a few steps.

Full marks and 5 stars to Danny D and his Brantford Action Team. The current market is odd and uncertain and the deep experience and savviness of Danny D and his team added incredible value and calm as we worked to sell my mom’s condo. There is no shortage of ambitious realtors, but fewer who are really willing to work this hard and even fewer with the skill, experience and wherewithal to successfully navigate the market as Danny D has done for our family. A real joy to work with such a pro.

These guys were pretty disappointing. Kevin Haight had little to no involvement throughout the process, and then actually screwed up the deal. Not many can do that. Both sides were very disappointed with him (buyer and seller are long time friends). As good friends, we managed to figure it out, with NO thanks to Kevin and the Action Realty Team. We should have known when we read the April 2018 blog about his terrible performance managing the Grand River Brewery sale (go ahead and google: Canadian Beer news grand river brewery). Maybe next time, you guys should think more about your clients rather than your commission. Zero stars.
