Went to an open house hosted by Judit Hernadi a while back. Upon leaving she asked us to sign in for "COVID reasons". She specifically said that it was for COVID protocol, and that she wouldn't be using the sign in to contacting us. She then calls us using in the "COVID" sign in info and tries to solicit business from us. Leveraging a pandemic to gain business is a disgusting tactic. Shame on this Realtor, and shame on the Campbell River Royal Lepage office for allowing this in their business. And this in not an isolated issue with this office. In the past we have had issues with Realtor Stephan Grant. Our friends also had problems with his unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail. It really seems like this office needs some serious effort to improve their staff.

I had a walk through last week with Steve. He added cleaning requirements after I signed the agreement and left the house. He also didn't take his shoes off and is charging me for "cleaning" at 25$/hr

I think a puppet doll can be a better property manager.

My overall experience with them was mostly positive. They have a to do list from my place that wasn't completed. My business was transferred to a new company but I don't think the list was transferred. I will add 2 stars to this review once completed.
