Huge shout out to Terri-Lynne Reynolds!!!!! One fantastic lady and THE BEST Realtor we have ever dealt with. Very attentive to our needs, switched gears when we did, absolutely had our best interests in her heart. Negotiated very well, great advice and stood strong when she needed to. Communication above and beyond expectations. This may be our last home purchase, but if not we certainly hope Terri-Lynne is available if required. Great work Terri!!!!!!!! We had tried three realtors before Dana Bradley and weren't happy with the service they were able to provide. Dana always went over and above and was well supported with the experience of her brother Todd. She steered us clear of "lemon" houses and always had our best interests in mind. She helped us make an offer on a house that had been on the market for only a couple of hours (with no listing agent named) while she was on vacation out of the country. If that is not exceptional service, I don't know what is!

They are letting a Realtor Dustin Dansereau STILL show homes after he's been charged with physically assaulting my family member. They are promoting that it is okay to beat on a small frame woman. I fear for the safety of others with this realtor being allowed to still show homes with this team.

I wish I could rate this less then a 1. What a horrible experience dealing with this brokerage. BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE. Malissa Jabbour is an awful agent, no morals, no ethics, 0 integrity. Will gaslight, manipulate, lie to you and then just stop or not respond at all. And Brett Winegard - the head "broker" or "office manager" wouldn't even have a conversation. He didn't even inquire about the property without complete dismissal. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This brokerage is beyond rude, lacking basic respect, and integrity. Highly unprofessional and unethical. Please save yourself some time, money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
